What is the return policy?
We want you to be happy with your order. If you need to return an item, please review the conditions below.
Eligibility for Returns
- Products must be returned within 14 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging
- Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted
Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility
- We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit
Restocking Fees
- Orders over £150 are subject to a 20% restocking fee
- Orders under £150 are not subject to a restocking fee
Refunds
- For eligible returns over £150, a partial refund will be issues (total order cost - restocking fee)
- For eligible returns under £150, a full refund will be issued
- Refunds may take up to 30 days to appear in your account after the return has been received and approved

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders are dispatched within five working days, and often sooner. If you require your order to be sent urgently, please email contact@eleoshouse.com we will do our best to accommodate your request. All UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail unless there is a specific reason to use an alternative service. For faster delivery, you may select Royal Mail Signed For 1st Class at checkout.
Can I stock your products in my shop?

All of our products are lovingly designed and printed in London, UK.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
