Refunds
Eleos House
We hope you love your Eleos House purchase, but we understand that sometimes minds change. If there is an issue with your order or an item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll be happy to resolve it.
If you wish to return an item for any other reason, you are entitled to a full refund (excluding postage) provided the item is returned in a new, unused, and saleable condition within 14 days of receipt. All returns should be sent back in their original packaging and include the reason for return, along with whether you would prefer a refund or an exchange.
Please retain your proof of postage, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit. Once received, please allow up to two weeks for your refund or exchange to be processed.

The Eleos Club
As our Eleos Club bundles are sent via third-party mailing services, we're unable to offer refunds for deliveries that don't arrive within the expected window — unfortunately, once your bundle leaves our hands, delays are outside of our control.
That said, if your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, we'll always make it right. Just reach out to us at contact@eleoshouse.com and we'll either send you a free replacement or refund that month's membership payment — whichever you'd prefer.
