How does it work?
1. Subscribe
Select your chosen subscription plan and proceed to checkout. What you get (and how much of your money is donated) will depend on which level you have chosen.
2. Open your mailbox
We use the price of membership to cover shipping costs, so all you need to do is wait by your mailbox for your bundle. Every print we send is created specifically with the month’s cause in mind, and comes with a letter that details the cause and the impact we are aiming to make with our donation.
3. We Donate
After every month’s post is sent out, we submit a donation (40% of that month’s net profits) on behalf of all our members to the cause of the month.
4. Step 4 Belongs to You
Connect with your loved ones in a way that feels intentional. Thank them for the little things, celebrate the big milestones. With every card you are effortlessly giving back.
Why Eleos?
Art Meets Activism
Print clubs are becoming more and more popular, and we wanted to find a way to use this model to fuel change. There is a lot going on in the world, and so many of us want to help but don’t know where to start. With The Eleos Club, a simple one time purchase enables you to collect high-quality greeting cards, and to give back in small amounts to vetted philanthropies that do incredible work. We believe that there is power in the collective, and we want to help harness it.
Transparent Giving
Information about each charity we donate to is accessible (see table above), and each month the delivery comes with a letter detailing the cause of the month and the corresponding foundation. We guarantee that 40% of all profits go to the named causes, and we send out proof of our donations in the monthly digital newsletter.

When will I get my order?
We send out our Eleos Club packages on the 15th of each month. We cannot guarantee a specific delivery date, as our subscribers are all over the world, and delivery times will vary significantly depending on members proximity to our home base in London.

Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are designed and manufactured in the UK.
We carefully selected our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality, and meet requirements for worker treatment, safety, compensation, and rights.
We use 100% recycled materials whenever we can. When we cannot, we used mixed boards that are FSC certified, and adhere to the highest standards for sustainable forestry.
Sustainability
Environmental advocacy and sustainability are at the heart of why Eleos Club exists. We wanted to make activism and fundraising accessible to everyone- because we believe change happens when people move together, not alone. Several of the organizations you support through your membership are leading voices in environmental philanthropy and advocacy worldwide.
We also hold ourselves to the same standard we champion. Every envelope we use is 100% recycled, and we source 100% recycled board for our cards wherever possible. Where that isn't an option- such as foil cards, which require specialist materials- we use FSC-certified mixed recycled boards that meet the highest standards in sustainable forestry. Simply put: we always choose the most sustainable option available, no matter the extra cost or effort required.

Refund policy
As our cards are sent via third-party mailing services, we're unable to offer refunds for deliveries that don't arrive within the expected window — unfortunately, once your bundle leaves our hands, delays are outside of our control.
That said, if your order arrives damaged, we'll always make it right. Just reach out to us at contact@eleoshouse.com and we'll either send you a free replacement or refund that month's membership payment — whichever you'd prefer.
Cancellation Policy
You are under no obligation to continue your subscription, and you can cancel your membership at any time.
At this point we are unable to pause subscriptions, but if you want to come back you can always repurchase your subscription.
